We build the finance workspace we wished we’d had.

Smart Business Wizard started inside a real, owner-managed company with several partners, a handful of contractors and a stack of spreadsheets nobody fully trusted.

Our story

Like a lot of small companies, we kept our books in workbooks: one for the bank balance, one for profit sharing, one for who was owed what. Every month someone rebuilt the formulas, and every month the partners asked the same questions. How much is really ours to take out? How much do we need for tax? Did that contractor get paid?

So we built a proper system for ourselves. A real double-entry ledger underneath. Reserves for tax and operating costs held before anyone is paid. Share agreements with effective dates and approvals. Private, encrypted storage for every receipt. An audit trail that shows who changed what. And a helpful assistant, Babu, so the people who aren’t accountants can still do the right thing.

Other owners asked to use it. Smart Business Wizard is that system, made available to companies like yours.

Who we serve
