No. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no card required. Add a payment method any time before the trial ends to keep going without interruption.

If you have added a payment method, your chosen plan starts and you are billed for the first period. If not, the workspace pauses: nobody can add new records, but your data is kept so you can subscribe later or export it.

Yearly plans are billed once a year up front and cost the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. You can switch from monthly to yearly at any time; the change takes effect at your next renewal unless you choose to upgrade immediately.

Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away and are prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Because you can try every plan free first, we don’t refund partial billing periods, except where required by law. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we’ll make it right.

Anyone with an active login to your workspace, for example a director, accounts staff, employee or contractor. Staff you only keep in HR without a login don’t count. Pending invitations don’t count until accepted, and you can deactivate a user at any time to free up a seat.

Babu’s basic features (how-to answers, navigation and preparing entries from typed text and receipts) run on our own servers and are included on every plan. Babu AI adds advanced understanding for messier documents and open-ended questions; each such question or document counts as one request. Unused requests don’t roll over.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Customers in Bangladesh can also ask us about paying by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually.

Prices are shown in the currency for your country (choose it above) and exclude any applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

Extensions such as the online shop, POS, Inventory, CRM and HR work on any plan. The first time you install one it is free for 30 days; after that its monthly price is added to your plan’s bill. Remove it any time and it stops at the end of the month you paid for. E-commerce and POS need Inventory, which is installed with them.
