Acceptable Use Policy

1. Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity

You may not use the Service to:

• break any law or regulation, or facilitate someone else doing so;
• commit or conceal fraud, embezzlement, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion or sanctions evasion;
• create or maintain false or misleading financial records intended to deceive owners, partners, lenders, auditors, investors or tax authorities;
• process data about individuals without a lawful basis, required notices or authority, for example uploading another company’s financial or employee records you are not entitled to hold;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others.

2. Security and integrity

• Do not attempt to access accounts, workspaces, companies or records you are not authorized to access, or bypass roles, permissions, plan limits or other controls.
• Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service except under our responsible disclosure process (see our Security overview).
• Do not upload malware, or interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by excessive automated requests or denial-of-service attacks.
• Do not scrape the Service or access it by automated means other than documented interfaces we provide.
• Do not share login credentials between people. Every user should have their own account.

3. Babu and AI features

• Do not attempt to make Babu reveal data you are not permitted to see, bypass its safeguards, or extract its underlying instructions.
• Do not use Babu to generate unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or to automate high-volume requests beyond normal use of the Service.
• Review Babu’s prepared entries before submitting them; you remain responsible for what you submit.
• Uses of Babu AI must also comply with our AI provider’s usage policies, which we will make available on request.

4. Content and conduct

Do not upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence. Do not use invitations or in-app communication to send spam or harass anyone.

5. Online shops and selling

• Sell only goods and services you are allowed to sell. Do not sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen or dangerous goods, weapons, drugs, or medicines that need a prescription or licence you do not hold.
• Describe products and prices honestly, deliver what you sell, and follow consumer, tax and delivery laws where you and your buyers are.
• Use shoppers’ personal information only to fulfil their orders and as the law allows, and never for spam.
• Payments your shoppers make by cash on delivery, bKash or Nagad go to you directly; we are not a party to your sales and do not hold your customers’ money.

We may unpublish a shop that breaks these rules.

6. Resale and competitive use

Do not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a bureau or white-label service without a written agreement with us, and do not use the Service to build or benchmark a competing product.

7. Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report activity to law enforcement where appropriate. Report abuse or suspected violations to legal@smartbusinesswizard.com, and security issues to security@smartbusinesswizard.com.
