Subprocessors

Smart Business Wizard is operated by AI Tech.
We use a small number of carefully selected third parties (“subprocessors”) to provide Smart Business Wizard. Each is bound by a written agreement with data protection and security obligations appropriate to the data it handles. This list forms part of our Data Processing Addendum.

2. About Babu AI
Babu, including Babu AI on the plans that include it, is provided by Ask Babu, our own software running on our servers. No Babu request is sent to an outside AI provider, so no AI subprocessor is listed above. Babu on our public website answers from our public website text and prices only; it never includes Customer Data.
3. Changes to this list
We will update this page at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Data, except in an emergency needed to keep the Service running securely (in which case we will update it as soon as possible). To receive notice of changes, email privacy@smartbusinesswizard.com with the subject “Subprocessor updates”. Customers may object as described in the DPA.
