Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to partners who refer customers to Smart Business Wizard. They form part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining and verification
Partners must be 18 or older and provide their full name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, a short profile, a National ID or passport, and a live selfie. We review every application and may refuse one without giving a reason. To keep withdrawing, partners renew face verification with a new selfie every 90 days. Identity numbers, ID photos, selfies and payment details are stored encrypted and seen only by our verification team.
2. Software and IT company partners
A software or IT company may join as a company partner. It provides its company name, trade licence or registration number, address and a current trade licence or certificate of incorporation, and a representative completes the personal verification above. The company confirms it still exists every 3 months by uploading a current document, which we review. While a confirmation is overdue, new commission is earned at the standard individual rates; commission already earned is not affected.
3. Referrals
A customer is your referral when they start a workspace through your referral link or enter your partner code at sign-up. You cannot refer yourself or a business you own or control. The referral list shows only part of each customer’s name and email.
4. Commission
You earn 10% of each subscription payment a referred customer makes during their first 12 months of payments, and 5% of each payment after that, for as long as they pay and your partnership is active. A verified software or IT company earns 15% and then 8% instead, on payments made while its company confirmation is current. Commission is calculated in US dollars; payments in other currencies are converted at the rates in our price list. Commission is shown as upcoming for 30 days and then becomes available; a refund or chargeback within that time cancels it. Taxes, fees and currency conversion may apply to payouts.
5. Withdrawals
You may withdraw your whole available balance, from USD 10, to your bKash, Nagad or bank account. We pay within a few working days. After you change your payment details, withdrawals open again after 3 days. We may hold a payout while we check suspected fraud.
6. Inactivity and closing
Please withdraw what you earn. If an available balance is left unwithdrawn for 3 months, the partnership becomes inactive: new payments no longer earn commission. What you already earned stays payable on request; once it is paid out, the partnership closes. You may apply again later.
7. Promoting us
Promote Smart Business Wizard honestly: no spam, no misleading claims, no paid search ads on our name, and no pretending to be us. We may suspend a partner and cancel unpaid commission earned in breach of these terms.
8. Changes
We may change these terms, including commission rates, with 30 days’ notice by email. Contact info@smartbusinesswizard.com with questions.
